What are we to do when we require immediate assistance with a booking/payment errors/changes/payments.....
I got this same message and still do not have a number I can Contact for immediate assistance when guests have issues. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE UNHAPPY HOSTS BELOW, all we are asking for is a contact number for SA to get support, I know you used to have it as I used it many times.
Some of our guests have complained about the same problem, they too need to be able to get ahold of some kind of support desk.

I need urgent assistance from booking.com and have tried the number provided in the call us section on the extranet. This number does not even ring! I have sent a message and as always it says we will get back to you within 2 days. My issue is something that must be resolved today. I have tried contacting one of the account managers and they do not even answer their phones.
How are we supposed to resolve issues and give guests the best service possible if we cannot reach booking.com? This issue is causing frustration for both the guest and myself.

It is extremely unprofessional for Booking.com to earn such significant profits from South African hotels and guesthouses. Let me provide an example to illustrate this point: For every five hotels or guesthouses listed on their platform, it appears as if Booking.com owns a hotel or guesthouse themselves, earning a 20% commission per property. This accumulates to a total of 100% commission without having to bear the costs of employing staff or paying for property rates and taxes. Furthermore, they don't even provide a contact number or reliable customer service for us to reach out to when needed. The quality of service from Booking.com has diminished to a level where we are unsure about the appropriate course of action.

I cannot believe the professionalism of booking.com
I have been charged commission on a 'no show' from my side as well as the same booking being cancelled by booking.com themselves. No contact numbers to phone and their extranet does not give you the steps that they tell you to follow.
They blocked me for 2 months on a previous occasion and it cost me paying the commission to unblock myself even though I never owed them any money.
Who can we refer this matter too as I see that there are plenty of complaints against booking.com
How do we get a hold if someone as partners.
