Currently have guests who have used my expensive teal coloured towels to mop up saline solution and it has removed the colour in large areas, multiple towels. I cannot use these for future guests, am I entitled to ask them to pay for their replacement?
Guests have removed the colour from several areas on multiple towels (think they used saline solution for contacts) and I cannot use these again for future guests.
Am I entitled to ask them to reimburse me??
