Didn't received letter code for property cinfirmation

Dear people at Booking,

we have made a page for our appartment on Booking.com more than 25 days ago and didn't received the confirmation code by mail yet.

Is there a way on your side to check if it was sent? Or if you can send it again?

Or even better.. if there is another faster and more reliable option to make our property approved and visible as soon as possible?

Same issue for me.... chasing it from December last year, no communication or support from Booking.com. We moved to another provider.
