Different total price in Hotel system and on the Booking.com extra net

Dear Customer service,

Greetings from Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers!

Refer to the following amendment for booking number 3538617765; we received an email from booking.com that this reservation has been modified to 16 May–23 May 2022 with a total cost of THB 40,982.37 (Commissionable).

However, during checkout, the guest still saw an original total price at (THB 35,270.74 net, Commissionable).

Please help to ensure that the guest was informed of the correct price that you have confirmed below.
