The difficulty we are experiencing trying to contact Booking.com
We are becoming increasingly frustrated with the apparent breakdown in your communication system.
Our property ID is *** . We have tried several times to ring unsuccessfully with some waiting times of over 1 hour before hanging up. We have previously requested a callback via email through the Help Centre but also went unanswered.
If this problem continues we will delist our property with Booking.com and continue with our other agencies who are more reachable
