Does anyone have issues with getting fake reservations? Is there a way to stop them?
We are getting multiple fake reservations daily. This adds up to lots more work for the front desk to go in and cancel these on the Booking site as well as on the booking site. If you fail to cancel on both you incur commission charges for guest you never had. Is there a way to set up the account to only take reservations with a card on file? I'm pretty sure this would remedy the problem.
