Double booking

I am a host. I am not able to cancel reservations unless I select "Request to cancel reservation" and select an option that is not accurate.

 

I am only given the option of:

 

Request to cancel reservation

 

Reasons to request the cancellation:

(   ) Guest has requested cancellation
By  sending this request, I agree to waive the cancellation fee (if any).

 

 

The above is not an accurate description of why (host) has to cancel. Should I still make the selection? I have already notified the tenant about having to cancel their reservation but it's still showing up on the reservations calendar. Also, they already made their payment so I need to make sure all of it is refunded.
