Get the Tax removed from the LOKAL X swat river property

Hello Booking.com team,

Hope we are doing well.

I just wanted to get the taxes removed from the Lokal X Swat river property as it falls in the Malakund, Kalam and Swat region. These regions have no taxes attached to them and are completely tax free.

Please get this sorted.

Hello Hasan, 

It’s not possible for you to change your tax or VAT settings yourself on our platform. Here’s how to reach out so we can help you:

  1. Log in to the Extranet
  2. Go to Booking.com messages in your Inbox
  3. Click Compose new message
  4. Select Property details as the support topic 
  5. Choose either VAT or City tax/Extra charges as the subtopic
  6. Click Compose new message again
  7. Tell us that you want to change your tax or VAT settings and include any other details 
  8. Click Send message

You can always review your current settings in the Extranet’s VAT/taxes/charges section. You’ll find it under the Property tab.
