Guest Review

one of my guests has misused my apartment and left it so dirty. I have reported this attitude and asked to pan him to reserve my apartment in the future.

The problem is that guest gave me bad reviews and ratings of 1 out of 10 which affects my total ranking.

I need to delete his review from my guest reviews. 

Please advive

Please understand that guest reviews are genuine and subjective opinions of customers. They reflect the guest experience at the property, which means that they are not always 100% factual or accurate.

Comments are removed ONLY if they go against our policies, including:

  • Profanity, sexually explicit, hate speech, discriminatory, threats, violence;

 

  • Mention of full names (first + last name), personal attack to named staff;

 

  • Promoting illegal activities (drugs, prostitution);

 

  • Exclusively about a competitor and/or Booking.com, with no relation to travel;

 

  • Sites, emails and addresses, phone numbers, cc details;

 

  • Politically sensitive.

On a positive note, you have the ability to respond back to a review. Other shoppers will see this as being a responsive host looking to amend or bring clarification to the situation.
