Guest reviews

Dear Partner,

I have noticed that when replying to guest reviews on the extranet, it does take very long time for the response to get approved. I have also seen some reviews that we have been waiting for approlvan on from last year, that now got rejected. Could you please have a look on that? Is there something wrong? Do you maybe have a template that we can use to get all the answered approved?
