Guest's prepaid reservation's receipt

A guest who stayed at my hotel is asking for a folio receipt. Her reservation is a prepaid reservation. She paid booking.com with her credit card.

Booking.com does not provide invoices to the guests even in situations when facilitates your guest’s payment via credit cards, partners still need to provide their guests with an invoice at check-out. This is because the reservation agreement remains between you and the guest.
