Harassment from the guest

Good morning. I have a guest that has been trying to cancel last min reservations due to personal reason but has become very angry when I referred him to 5 day minimum cancelation policy not the day off. As I stated no refund he has been offensive requesting my lease with booking, asking for legal status of my property and getting a recite for a stay he clearly canceled. He has sent multiple messages, harassing me non stop. He now started in Polish which I don’t understand. Please help
