How to charge the guest if he does not show up, taking into account that with me it is possible to pay only by cash
I have flexible cancellation policy, why they just don't cancel the reservation? I am losing in these ways, and that happened 3-4 times in last day, and also nobody from booking.com support team is answering me on messages.
What should I do?
Cash is not the only option so long as you provide alternative prepay methods in the New Reservation Template. BdC do not dictate how you can take payment.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
