How to close our account (terminate permanantly) in booking.com

Bonjour,   We followed the process to submit our request to terminate our account through INBOX in partner center. But it seems does not work, no any react and no information feedback.  The message seems could not send successfully.  What we could do to terminate our account?  And our account manager never replied to us if we called her.  What we should do if the local partner service does not work.

Hello Any Hope,  I did several times "discontinue partnership", it did not work, until now, no one contact us from booking.com, and no email from booking.com, and our propriety is still online.  What we could do for terminating our contract?  Our account manager does  not work, she never replies anything, never action, what we could do now? Is there any other method to terminate contract?  Thanks and regards.

Bonjour Madame Amy Hope,  I did that already, but it seems this system does not work.  After I clicked" Terminate my contract", it finished, i could not click "Close", and we did not receive any information, and nothing change for our property in booking.com.  What else we could do for Removing your property permanently.
