HOW DOES ANYONE USE THIS SITE?

What a mess we have inn road and are linked. Booking.com send us NO information on bookings, no info when a cancellation happens. It is not charging reservations or collecting any payment info. This is the most difficult and horrible site I have used as of yet to list our properties. We have so many bookings and no way to get a payment.
