How is the sequence in which properties are listed, determined?

Hi,

I really want to know how it is determined which properties are listed first. I have a property in an Estate, and a few other properties in the Estate are also advertised on booking.com.

I have now joined the program, which gives you a thumbs up, and gets you to pay even more commission to booking.com, but still, my property are one of the last to be listed, even though no one else have the thumbs up logo. As I understood their advertising, the extra commission I've agreed to pay, should now ensure that my property comes up ahead of the ones that do not take part in this. However, this is clearly not the case.

One of the other properties is even listed twice, and both of these listings appear before mine!

My property is also rated higher by guests than any of the others, but apparently this also makes no difference!

Please help!
