I didn't received my payout

You are not alone. It seems like a norm now with booking.com. It’s a nightmare. I suffered same. I called them and the help team advised me that chances of getting the money are zero. When the financial team respond they respond off topic not what you are querying. They also continue to book your place. What ever is going on with finance dept it’s huge..😡
