I don’t feel comfortable with my future guests

I have reservation from guest that should arrive in 3 days. 6 of them. They not respond to my messages via booking, and the number they have is not valid.
I heard from other host that they have few time bad experience with hosting such a guests.

can i cancel their reservation?
