I have been accused of having not paid commission

@booking.com,  to my utter disbelief, I have been accused of having not paid commission and subsequently threatened to terminate my partnership by someone on the phone. As I told you before, I am very new to this business. I used to be a service holder before I started this business and knew nothing about the rules of BDC and Homestay rules. I didn't know how to operate things online. Slowly, slowly,  I have just understood what to do and what not to do. I just wanted to see on trial basis in the month of December but immediately closed the account as my property was not good enough to begin with. After four months when I tried to open that account, I got the message that it was terminated for non payment of commission. I, once again, charge the name of the property as "The Sangam Homestay' in April. But I have not got even a single successful booking which I have been sharing with you guys. I therefore, request you to please help me to solve this issue 🙏 , it's just like adding insult to injury to me when I have nothing to pay for my staff and getting such threat on the phone. Please help me out, I have spent a lot of money for the renovation and I swear in the name of God, I am not a fraud. My only fault is that I knew nothing about this business 🙏🙏🙏
