I THINK THAT MY BOOKING ACCOUNT IS HACKED

As  hotel  manager,I am very worried because some customers who have booked in our hotel are asked by a whatsapp application to make advance payments for the room.We are not aware of this .Because the policy we follow is to make the  payment whwn the costumer comes to the hotel.Please assist.Thank you for your understanding!All the best.The manager Malvina Mano
