invoice and Commission Amount

Good day. We would like to discuss about the invoice that we received yesterday. We are so confused because we haven't received any messages like this before and we don't understand why we would have to send money to pay the Commission Amount. I thought it supposed to be the booking.com who will take their commissions in ahead before they send it to us. Waiting for kind response, Thank you.
