Invoice mistake ***

Dear Representative or Booking Team,

I would like to inform you that a new invoice I received is a mistake. To view conversation between guests and Adriana apartments ( *** ) just log in to my Booking.com extranet and go to Inbox /*** ***.

The guest informed us that she is Covid  positive and would not be able to travel. A certain Mrs. *** *** did not cancel the reservation, so I used the only option to cancel for free due to non-appearance. It is a shame that this lady claims that she stayed in our apartment which is untrue. I contacted guest *** *** by phone, who confirmed that she had not informed Booking that she was staying in our apartment.

I expect you to cancel the invoice with the number ***.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
