Invoice for reservation on 1.03.2022 - 31.03.2022

I just received the invoices from you.. why i still should pay the commission to booking.com because guest make payment direct to booking.com and i just have two time payout payments.. please check the invoice again Invoice ss

Hi,

 

I have the same problem. I am new to the pulse extranet as I have opened up my property in October. I have paid comission on all bookings but I still received the invoice to pay. Moving forward, there are not enough reasons when trying to dispute. 

 

Don't know what to do and I would appreciate any help.
