Locating my account

Dear Sir or Madam

I have a property on booking.com with reservations.  I recently took over the account from the previous owner.  When I log onto booking.com, I can not find my property.  Please can you advise how I find it.

I have logged into the account number but it takes me to a page that is requesting me to register the property.

I have had guest message me and I need to reply to the ASAP
