My payouts are blocked ever since I registered on booking.com which is already 2 weeks!

For more than two weeks, I've tried contacting the booking.com financial department to find out why my payouts have been blocked and when I will finally be paid. Unfortunately, I only receive empty messages from customer support, which delay the issue's resolution.

Has anything similar ever happened to you? How did you resolve the problem?

I have been working with booking.com since April and I have never been paid out. They tell you that someone from the finance department will call you within 48 hours and they never do. If they do reach out to you it's a message that has nothing to do with what you need. If you find an answer please send it to me
