My property is shut down because location isn't confirmed

Hi, my property is closed because I didn't confirmed property location. I didn't receive a mail with 6 digit code, so I sent a video of property. I got a message the video wasn't valid due to lacking the street name and number on the building my apartment is located in. However, the building doesn't have number nor name. What should I do?
