Good afternoon, I just had my first booking, but they did not show up, I sent two emails they did not respond, how do I get the refund as noted in my set-up that if a guest does not turn up I still get paid, also I am not seeing a way where I ca have the funds deposited into my bank account, how is this doe, I have changed the feature twice that stated that I do not have internet, I offer this facility and it is free, however, it is not showing up, this is frustrating.  Thank you for your kind consideration to these issues,
