Need to adjust room capacity after renovations, but can't until all bookings go through.

We have been renovating our property and during that time we have changed the room capacities.

Unfortunately we can't adjust them until we complete all bookings, some of our bookings are in 2022.

Is there a way to change the room capacity without cancelling all reservations or do I have to cancel all the bookings? thank you

room type inventory ??

 

just create new rate plan 

then only enable new rate plan on some dates, an vice versa for the existing, so that they are not available after the last future occurance date

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
