Need to cancel a last minute reservation because someone booked it before I was able to change the availability.

This is in regard to reservation #***.  We had a cancellation earlier today and increased the availability to open that room for 3 nights.  This guest booked it after another guest and we have to cancel this last minute reservation.  I already called this guest and informed him we had to cancel it.  I requested that the this reservation be cancelled and received a message that I have to call customer service.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom, See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
