Neither of our properties show up in search

We’re integrated through OwnerRez and just added our second property.

Our first property has never received so much as an inquiry through this platform. I figured it was just bad luck but I just tried searching and it doesn’t come up at all.
 

One property shows up in my list as “Closed / Not bookable” the other shows as “Open / Booksble”.

What am I missing here?
