We had a guest accidently mark as a no show how do you fix it? Is there a custmor service number for the partners to contact.

Thank you for reaching out!

Once you mark a reservation as a no-show, it becomes cancelled and cannot longer be reactivated. What you can do is to ask the guest to make a new reservation through our website.
