No-show

Dear Booking,

for the second time I have a guest who does not show up and does not receive a refund of the money that is scheduled to be paid to me when the guest does not cancel the reservation during the time provided as a free cancellation. The reservation number is 2511928360. 

I would like you to inform me more about how it works and whether my apartment will be refunded for the amount determined.
