Due to delay in synchronization between two calendars, I have one overbooking in my apartment.

I already send message to my guest but he didn' replay. His phone number is uncorrect and I am not able to cancel his reservation.

Please have in mind that sync us not in real time and double bookings can occur. 


Contact booking.com directly through your Extranet inbox or call your local office.

Thank you for replay, I tried to contact support via extranet inbox, but I could find that option on my profile. Could you please navigate me?

And in Serbia we do not have local office. :/

Did the credit card authenticate? Booking.com has high volume of fraudulent reservations.

Just mark the credit card as invalid if it's a bad credit card.
