Paying the outstanding balance and Reopening the suspended account

We Iringa sunset hotel, our account on booking.com was suspended for not paying the outstanding invoice on time .

Then we would like to pay the written off amount so we continue working with booking.com. We are facing the change of not getting the options to pay the balance . 

We are looking for the solution for this matter.
