Payment to host of virtual payment ONE MONTH OLD

I am waiting on Booking.com to pay me a virtual payment from 12 Dec booking. Told them I cannot handle virtual bookings. Phoned FIVE!!! times now. No one has an answer for me. Now they want me to pay the commission!! Please help.
