Please help!

I posted my property on booking.com almost 1 month ago. Guest's payments are handled by bookings and should be receiving deposits to my bank account.

However, it's almost 1 month since my first reservation on this platform and I haven/t received any money. I've been talking to several people from booking.com and didn't get any help. It is very frustrating . I am paying resort fees and cleaning fees from my pocket.

I am new to bookings.com. I've been working with Airbnb for over 5 years and have never had any problems. 


Please help!!!
