Hi I need to connect with a customer service agent right now. Your automated phone system wont connect me with anyone until i enter a pin # for the guest reservation but i don't have that information and am unable to find it on the reservation with booking.com , there is also nothing posted about this anywhere on your partnership site. Can someone please assist me?

Indeed, same problem here! And I don't receive an email from Booking.com whenever a new reservation is made (that's where it is supposed to be).
