Postal verification

My property ID is *** and it has been closed for booking due to noncompliance of postal verification. It has been informed that a postal mail had sent to my property address few weeks back which I haven’t received. Since I uploaded my property in last October few tourists already visited my place and have given a very good rating. Now I failed to understand why this verification point comes!? Please let me know how I can activate my property again in your platform. Regards, Devkumar Paul
