Is "Pricing Per Guest" useful?

Hi all, wondering how many people use "pricing per guest" and if it's made any impact. Does it drive in more bookings from guests who might typically not book yours? (My occupancy is 6)

I've scouted my listing and because I've got standard, non-refundable rates, weekly & monthly discounts, the rate table looks like a giant mess and I'm not so sure it's even worth it. My pricing-per-guest discount is small -- cuz why would it be large? But then again, why discount at all? 

I guess the one thing is fewer guests ostensibly reduces wear & tear on the amenities. But otherwise, the revenue opportunity and my costs are all the same. So I'm probably going to axe it but curious how many partners herer make use of it?
