Property location verification and sudden closure on booking.com
Hello,
I am a new partner with Booking.com - a french Chambre d'hotes, and have received bookings over the last three weeks and guests have already posted positive reviews. Today I received an email informing me my property would not be listed/closed pending a 10 day location verification process. This has happened without warning or further information.
Booking.com are now withholding payments due and noone is available at a French office or English speaking helpline.
Has anyone else had this problem? What should have happened.?
