property not showing available on current dates on booking.com

Hi team,

Greetings!!

Please let me know why my rooms are showing not bookable for current dates. I tried to set up rate plans,  and re-arranged the availability, check in time also set to open all time,  still I don;t see our rooms available for current dates,

There could be different possible reasons due to which your hotel is closed on our website. I kindly advise you to read this article for more information and guidance on how to make it open and bookable.

Toniya,

Perhaps you can help me with a similar issue. I loaded my first property today. It showed as closed/not bookable. When I called support, they could not find the property by property ID or by phone number on the account. I added the property again and called it a different name. It now says open/bookable, but there is no calendar availability. I can't tell if they still need to verify it. I have a video to upload for verification, but no way to figure out how to do that.
