Property verification issues

Hi team, 

I have been unable to receive any letters at my property. On checking with the post office as well, I have received no information regarding it.

I have used the similar method to register on another platform, i.e. GMB, and it was successful, but I am disappointed with this as I am not receiving any letter and my property is now blocked. 

Are there any other methods or a workaround? Can anyone contact to help out on this issue?

If you are not able to receive this letter with the unique code, our local support team can help you with alternative verification method. Please send us a message via your extranet Inbox -> Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there, then click on See Contact Options -> select a relevant topic eg. Account -> select a relevant subtopic eg. Other -> then click see all contact options -> Message -> write your message.
