Pulse App won't let me choose TEXT--why?
I followed the directions, logged into the Extranet using pulse app, but it won't let me select TEXT. WHY??? I need text, as I am DEAF, and trying to hear the numbers on the cellphone to log in is usually many tries to get them correct. HOW DO I GET the pulse app login to allow me TO SELECT TEXT, and why won't it allow me to do that? I get text messages on my cell phone all the time.
