Reopen and be bookable on booking.com

Dear Partner, 

We would like to reopen our property on your web page again since we have closed for several months due to COVID-19. I have clicked to reopen and bookable on our partner account, but we still can not see the availability of our property on your web page. Thus, we would like to ask for your help.

If your property is not live and bookable on our website, check these tips from this article here to see what you need to do.

Generally, once you reopen it can take up to an hour for it to be visible on the front end. 

If your property is still not bookable or visible after you’ve checked the above information, let us know via the ‘Inbox’ tab.
