Reply Score

I was wondering if someone could tell me why my reply score is 50%. I've always replied to every inquiry within a reasonable time.

The same is the case for us at Yo.Living 
We're new but have responded to every one of our guests within a very reasonable amount of time. For some reason our reply score has fallen to 46%

 

I've noticed that now all our bookin.com messages are going through YCS Agoda Extranet. Is this in someway related to why our score has dropped? We are still responding on the YCS Extranet to our guests! Even in languages that we ourselves don't speak so needless to say we are trying our best as a new business!

I know this may not be a great consolation: it does rectify itself in time. The issues I had sending messages or replying to guests were also resolved.  As an added precaution, I sent the messages twice: once through the extranet and a second copy through WhatsApp, as guest info. includes a phone number.
