Reservation

I have queries; 1. I have a family room and have chosen to allow 4 Guests total; 2 adults and 2 children max. However when the property and dates are searched it does not suggest this family room at all. And shows it is only available for 2 adults. Therefore I am currently missing out on these family of 4 bookings, how do I fix this?

2. I have added a self catering apartment as a room after I created my whole property, this property doesnt show up on searches at all. The room is shown as open on the calendar and available. Is there a time period you have to wait for a room to be shown on the booking.com searches or do they have to check the new room before they allow it to be updated on the site?
