I have reservation by RUSSIANS who cannot fly because of current situation.

What are Booking.com recommendation for reservations by RUSSIANS unable to fly ?
We have had countless bookings from Russia. They rarely respond to messages or cancellation requests and they never arrive. We only have two rooms and this scenario is destroying our business.

No I did not as it seems too complicated to me...
Russians booked in July so still some time.
Suggest that Booking.com should put a general message on their welcome page so all homeowners could see immediately how to deal with Russian reservations....
