Ok, so when the guest makes reservations and wants 2 rooms, you (at Booking.com) put both of the rooms on 1 confirmation number.  So, if the guest only picks up one of the rooms, there is no way to adjust the second room off. Or, if there is only enough money on the credit card for one room and the other is a no show I can't put the credit card in for card declined or insufficient funds.  Plus on top of all that you charge me double commission.
