Resort Fees
You are collected a .05% resort fee on all reservations, I charge that on the incidental credit card upon arrival, how do I stop Booking from charging it, they never did before?

Thank you for reaching out!
I advise you to check and update your resort fee in your extranet account by following the steps in this article. Once you remove the fee from your policies, it will no longer be collected.
