Hi, a person booked my place with invalid credit card what I reported in the system, then she got upset and never arrived . I canceled the reservation. She left a bad review, but not stayed at my property at all. Not arrived. I asked booking.com to remove it according to their policy but they keep on acting like they don't understand what is the case. What can I do?
It's clearly written in booking.com policy the in this case review will removed. ( invalid credit card OR not arrived and cancelled reservation)
